So, after the crushing defeat of trying to sell my art, I hadn't drawn in well over a year.
What inpsired me to begin again?
None other than promiscuous pop princess Koda Kumi.
I've really been enjoying her music lately, and yeah, I think she's super sexy too.
Usually an overly-sexy image turns me off of an artist, but in Kuu's case it actually peaked my interest (that and her 12 singles stunt).
She strikes some cool poses and has great lines, so I immediately saw the potential for art in her photos.
Here, I based a piece of the CD + DVD cover for her album 'BEST ~first things~'.
I'm thinking I'm going to be working with her some more in the future.
I don't know the individual you are refering to, I'm glad it brought you back though. Thus far, this is my favorite. I don't know why, there is something sensual about it, even if I can't say what. It might be the curvature of the whole form.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
